    • Clear photo/video proof (if applicable)

3. Refund Processing Time

Once we review and approve your request:

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method or Jibonkart Wallet.

  • Typically within 1–2 business days.


4. Non-Refundable Items

Refund may not be provided for:

  • Perishable products delivered in good condition (e.g., fresh food, vegetables, etc.).

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or handling after delivery.

  • Orders where the issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery.
